Bergmen Ltd. undertakes to ensure the accessibility of its website in accordance with the law of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities. This declaration applies to the website bergmen.pl/myframe.

The website bergmen.pl/myframe is partially compliant with the Digital Accessibility Act. Some elements of the website are currently being adapted. Below are the requirements that have not yet been fully complied with:
Some graphics do not have alternative texts.
Some of the PDF files on the website have not yet undergone optical text recognition (OCR).
Reason for non-compliance
The website is in the final stages of development and some elements are in the process of being adapted to comply with the Act. Soon all graphics will have alternative texts and PDF documents will be successively OCRed.
